The Pineapple 5 uses the highly capable Qualcomm QCN9074 radio chip to deliver Wi-Fi 6 4920-5925 MHz connectivity, 4×4 MU-MIMO, and maximum data rates of 4804 Mbps. The radio supports 24 dBm RF power per chain and channel sizes of 20, 40, 80, and 160 MHz. When combined with the Mango SoM, Pineapple supports both FirmUx and OpenWrt.
